Transfer Internal Account Entries to General Ledger
This procedure is used to transfer internal account entries to the General Ledger in the form of a voucher.
Internal account entries can be stock transactions, operation transactions, other transactions (that is, transactions that can not be defined as stock- or operation transactions) or flagged-as-completed manufacturing orders and work orders for order costing.
Before you start
- FAM function CA02 is defined in ‘FAM Function. Open’ (CRS405)
- Internal account entries are generated in ‘Internal Account Entry. Create’ (CAS950).
Follow these steps
-
Start ‘Internal Account Entry. Transfer to GL’ (CAS960/E).
-
Enter date interval for the account entries to be transferred and accounting date. Press Enter.
-
Any account entries that have not been transferred due to error codes can be checked and changed in ‘Internal Account Entry. Open’ (CAS300). These are transferred to the general ledger by repeating the procedure for the same date interval after correction.
