Create Bank Quota
This procedure is used to define bank quotas used to control the bank to which customer payments are made. For accounts receivable, this determines the bank where drafts and checks are collected.
Quotas are created to use for bank remittances in 'Bank Remittance. Open' (ARS300) after using this procedure.
Bank quotas
Bank quotas are searched in the following order when creating a bank remittance:

Year, month, currency code, payment method, priority

Year, month, currency code

Year, month
-
Year.

Follow these steps

Start 'Bank Quota. Open' (ARS955/B).

Create a bank quota by entering the year, month, payment type, currency and priority. Click New.

On the E panel, enter description, company bank account, and quota amount or percent.

Repeat steps 2 and 3 for each quota.
