EQM Product Support Detail panel

If you access EQM Product Support from M3 Customer LifeCycle Management, then the EQM Product Support Detail panel is displayed.

The EQM Product Support Detail panel shows several tabs and buttons. From these tabs, you can manage the quoted parts, service, warranty, and maintenance agreement. The All tab shows all quotation transactions on one page. In many cases, when you use buttons in this panel, a view shows a restricted set of information related to the currently selected quotation.

Summary button

You can display an expandable view of the quotations details.

Install Base button

You can display an overview of the customer's equipment.

The Equipment section shows the list of customer’s equipment. This table shows the available panels:

Equipment Display of the list of all equipment
Parts Search and creation of parts quotation lines connected to the selected equipment
Service Search and creation of service quotation lines for the selected equipment
Warranty Search and creation of warranty quotation lines for the selected equipment

The Equipment Related Data section shows access meter reading, warranty, maintenance agreement, attributes, and address for the selected equipment from the equipment list.

The Equipment Related Transactions section shows open and closed customer orders, spare parts sale, maintenance orders, and service history for the equipment selected from the equipment list.

Fulfillment button

You can follow up the progress of orders created from the quotation.

Deal Review button

You can compare the sales and cost estimates from the quotation with the actual output from the invoices.

Before you start

Before you can quote services, warranty, maintenance, or agreement, these Infor M3 Business Engine programs must include some records to work with:

  • 'Quotation. Add Warranty' (QUS113)
  • 'Quotation. Add Services' (QUS114)
  • 'Quotation. Add Maintenance Agreement' (QUS115)
