Note: The workflow hereinafter describes how EQM Product Support can be used when the application is run stand-alone, but not when it is accessed through M3 Customer LifeCycle Management.

Before you start

To quote services, warranty, or maintenance agreement, these Infor M3 Business Engine programs must include some records to work with:

  • 'Quotation. Add Warranty' (QUS113)
  • 'Quotation. Add Services' (QUS114)
  • 'Quotation. Add Maintenance Agreement' (QUS115)
