Miscellaneous records for down payment

To add a miscellaneous cost record for down payment to a quotation line, select Down payment in ' Quotation. Add Miscellaneous Costs (QUS118) . When you activate the parameter, you can specify a value in Down payment percent in (QUS118). Use Down payment percent to set the down payment amount as a percentage of the sales- or cost price, depending on the leasing calculation base.

When you select Down payment, the miscellaneous cost record is treated as down payment, and the amount specified in Down payment percent is withdrawn from the sales or cost price when calculating the leasing curve and rent amount for leasing quotation lines. An additional charge type D is created in 'Rental Agreement. Connect Additional Charge' (STS103) once the quotation is released to create a rental agreement.

Down pmt amount in 'Quotation. Open Financing' (QUS106) summarizes the amount of all miscellaneous cost records with Down payment active in 'Quotation. Open Miscellaneous Costs' (QUS108).

You can only add miscellaneous cost records with Down payment active in (QUS118) to quotation lines with financing record type '3-Leasing' or '4-IRR'.
