EQM Manager mashup
The EQM Manager mashup is an application that is designed to provide an overview of the quotation process.
If you are a sales or bid manager, you can complete these tasks in the EQM Manager mashup:
- You can review on-going quotations and won and lost quotations.
- You can approve quotations.
- You can perform deal reviews of released quotations.
You can use different panels and tabs.
Ongoing panel
You can view the status of quotations where they are on the quotation header. This table shows the available tabs:

Won/Lost panel
You can view statistical information on the ratio between won and lost quotations. This table shows the available tabs:

Approval panel
You can manage quotations that are awaiting approval, that is, quotations with the status ‘Awaiting approval’ (20). Optionally, you can edit quotation details. If you are the approver, you can approve or reject a quotation. When rejecting a quotation, you can add text, for example, the rejection reason.
Deal Review panel
You can review orders created for released quotations. This table shows the available tabs:
