Charges
You can add charges to the quotation head through 'Quotation Header. Connect Charges' (QUS123). (QUS123) is accessed through the related option 23-'Charges' in 'Quotation. Open' (QUS100).
In (QUS123), you can add charges from 'CO Charge. Open' (OIS030) manually or automatically, based on the customer and 'Customer. Connect Charge' (OIS003) or the CO type and 'CO Type. Connect Order Charges' (OIS013). If the same charge record is connected to both (OIS003) and (OIS013), the charge record from (OIS013) is used as the default value in (QUS123).
For charges added automatically to (QUS123), the 'Auto created' (AUCR) field is activated on (QUS123/E).
When you release the quotation, the quotation header charges are transferred to the customer order as the header charges in 'Customer Order. Connect Charges' (OIS103).
Header charges are transferred to maintenance customer orders only if you add them manually to (QUS123) and if the quotation only contains service lines.
If there are both service lines and other line types in the quotation, the header charges in (QUS123) are only transferred to the customer order and the (OIS103).
If there are only service lines added to the quotation, header charges in (QUS123) are transferred to the MCO and 'Maint CO. Connect Charge' (COS103), but only if they are manually added to (QUS123). This is because the MCO retrieves the default records from 'Maint Agrmnt. Open' (COS410) and 'Maint Agrmt. Connect Charges' (COS416), and not (OIS003) and (OIS013).
Standalone service quotes are typically used for an already sold machine (through EQM Product Support), and in that case there is already an agreement in (COS410).
