Application messages

Application messages provide a proactive way to send system messages to M3 message boxes or to forward them to email systems. In 'Application Message. Open' (CRS420), you can view application messages.

This table shows the application messages that you can activate in 'Settings - Application Messages' (CRS424):

850 - EQM quotation ready for approval The quotation is ready for approval. The status is raised to Awaiting approval (20). Sales manager on the quotation header
851 - EQM quotation approved The quotation is approved. The status is raised to Approved (30). Salesperson on the quotation header
852 - EQM quotation rejected The quotation is rejected. The status is raised to Rejected (15). Salesperson on the quotation header
853 - CO created from EQM quotation The quotation is released. The record is accessible from 'Customer Order. Open' (OIS100) or retained by the batch order entry function and waiting to be corrected. Sales manager on the quotation header
854 - Valid to date close to expire The quotation will expire soon. The number of days before expiry is defined in the quotation order type. To trigger this message, run 'Quotation Status. Update' (QUS920). Salesperson on the quotation header
855 - EQM quotation expires The quotation has expired. This message is triggered by (QUS920). Salesperson on the quotation header
856 - Equipment quotation line is ready for approval. The quotation line is ready for approval. Responsible person on the quotation line
857 - Equipment quotation line is approved. The quotation line is approved. Responsible person on the quotation line
858 - Equipment quotation line is rejected. The quotation line is rejected. Responsible person on the quotation line
859 - Trade-in work order is closed. The preinspection work order for the trade-in is closed. Salesperson on the quotation header
860 - Trade-in item does not exist. The quotation is accepted. The status is raised to Accepted (50), but the item number for the trade-in is missing in the item master record. Responsible person on the trade-in record
