Creating an aftermarket sale of parts

The starting point is the customer list. See Starting the workflow from the customer list.
  1. From the list, select a quotation.
  2. On the Search & Create tab, click the Parts subtab.
  3. Find a part using the Search and connect subtab.
    Several tabs to the right show information related to the selected part. The Quotation lines subtab to the right shows the existing quotation lines.
  4. To create a quotation line, click the New quotation line button.
    The Quotation lines subtab to the right is updated with the new quotation line, but you may have to refresh the display.
  5. To transfer the quotation to an order, click the Create order button on the Quotation lines subtab to the right.
  6. Click the Fulfillment tab.
  7. Select the newly released quotation.
    The list at the bottom shows order information related to the selected quotation.
  8. Select the quotation line for the part.
  9. To open 'Customer Order. Open Line' (OIS101), select Related > Customer Order. Open Line or press Ctrl+11.
