Creating an aftermarket sale of services

The starting point is the customer list. See Starting the workflow from the customer list.
  1. From the list, select a quotation.
  2. In the Search & Create tab, click the Service subtab.
    The Pre-defined subtab shows the list of services predefined in 'Quotation. Add Services' (QUS114) and available for the selected equipment. The All subtab shows the list of all service definitions defined in 'Service. Open' (MOS300).
  3. From the Pre-defined or All subtab, select a service.
    The Material/Operation subtab at the bottom shows the product structure for the selected service.
  4. To create a quotation line, click the New quotation line button.
    The Quotation lines subtab to the right is updated with the new quotation line, but you may have to refresh the display.
  5. To transfer the quotation to an order, click the Create order button on the Quotation lines subtab to the right.
  6. Click the Fulfillment tab.
  7. Select the newly released quotation.
    The list at the bottom shows order information related to the selected quotation.
  8. Select the quotation line for the service.
  9. To open 'Maintenance Customer Orders. Open' (COS100), select Related > Maintenance Customer Order. Open or press Ctrl+24.
