Define Ad Hoc Report Location

The ad hoc report location decides where to send the generated XML file. The ad hoc report location also determines the name of the generated XML file. If send to Streamserve, a service ID must be defined. It can also be saved in the output folder.

Create, change, and manage an ad hoc report location in 'Ad Hoc Report Location. Open (AHS010).

Parameters to set

Field The field indicates...
File name method ...how the file name is generated.
Alternatives:
  • 1 = Job number
  • 2 = File name

    File name must be specified also in (AHS010).

  • 3 = File name and job number

    File name must be specified also in (AHS010).

  • 4 = Report

    Report name is taken from 'Ad Hoc Report Group. Open' (AHS100).

  • 5 = Report and job number

    Report name is taken from (AHS100).
Service ID

...the service ID. Select a value from 'Output Service. Open' (MNS216).
