Define M3 standard business documents
Use 'M3 Document. Open' (CRS928) to define M3 standard business documents. A full set of documents is generated by function key F14='Standard'. You can also use the function key F15='Gen all'. This generates document media in (CRS116) and the connection between document media and standard documents in 'M3 Document. Connect Media' (CRS929).
Note:
'M3 Document. Open' (CRS928) is a global program, so the settings affect all companies in M3.
Document variants refer to the variants of document content structures. A dispatch advice document contains a specific content describing delivery. By using another document variant, you can restructure the content with details such as package, item, or order-oriented.
