Define email body template from IDM Output Management

Edit Email template in IDM Output Management and select the email design from M3. Choose Email template in 'Output Media Selection. Open' (MNS205/F) or 'Doc Media Control Object. Connect Media' (CRS949).

Select Email template in (MNS205/F) or (CRS949/F). Email template is connected to 'Document Type. Open' (MNS060).

From IDM Output Management, you can edit and upload your own email template connected to a specific document type that exists in (MNS060). When selecting an email template in (MNS205), this will search for a template that has been uploaded to IDM Output Management.
