Define and Manage Integration Settings
This document describes how to define and manage integration settings in M3 BE when a third-party system is connected. This includes information such as server address and authentication token to a third-party system and may vary for each integration setting.
Defining the integration settings in (CRS795)
- On (CRS795/B), select action 14='Standard' to create the integrations.
- 'Sequence number' is assigned and is constant for each integration:
- 1 - Validate bank account of VAT payer to Financial Admin Portal (PFS)
- In 'Server address', specify the URL of the third-party system.
- In 'Authentication token', specify the authentication key provided by the third-party system.
Some integrations are country-specific and is only created for company and/or divisions defined with the corresponding country version on (MNS100/L). Action 14='Standard' can be run several times to update the list of available integrations. However, the current values on the fields that are updated on the existing integration setting cannot be reset to default, removed, or overwritten. Integrations can be deleted anytime but you can use action 14='Standard' to recreate again.
