Action group table selections

'Action Group Selection Table. Open' (IMS050) defines which actions, using action groups, must be generated.

A number of values from these tables are available to control the preselection:
  • CIMHEA - Issue header (IMS100)
  • CIMLIN - Issue line (IMS101)
  • MITWHL - Warehouse (MMS005)
  • OCUSMA - Customer master (CRS610)
  • CIDMAS - Supplier master (CRS620)
  • CIDVEN - Supplier vendor, finance (CRS624)
  • MITMAS -Item master (MMS001)
  • MITBAL - Item, warehouse (MMS002)
Several other virtual fields are available:
  • &ORTY - Order type from reference order line connected to issue line
  • &OPRI - Priority from reference order line connected to issue line
Automatic generation of corrective actions may be initiated when:
  • Manually triggered from M3 Portals using action button IM_ACTIONS_GENERATE
  • Automatic when creating an issue line and enabled by parameter PROCESS_AUTOCREATE_ACTIONS_AFTER_CREATE
  • Automatic when editing an issue line and enabled by parameter PROCESS_AUTOCREATE_ACTIONS_AFTER_EDIT
  • Triggered from a workflow using M3 API IMS101MI\GenActions

Actions are only generated if the status for the issue line is less than 30-'Started'. Issue status 30-'Started' is reached if the real start date is set manually or when one or more actions exist.
