Reason codes

In 'Issue Management Reason Code. Open' (IMS020), the reason code must be used to define the reason for an issue. The issue lines contain values for both an initial reason code, often given by the end user, and an actual reason code decided upon after further investigations.

You can translate the reason code descriptions using 'Issue Reason Code. Enter Names/Language' (IMS021). The function is available as a related option from the list of reason codes, and with a function key from the detail panel.
