Issue types
In 'Issue type. Open' (IMS010), the issue type can be compared with order types for other M3 Business Engine transactions.
Parameters to set

| (IMS010/E) | Default priority | ...the priority set on the issue header when it is created. The issue header priority is also the default priority for issue lines. The priority on the issue action is inherited from the related issue line. |

You can translate the issue type descriptions using 'Issue Type. Enter Names/Language' (IMS011). The function is available as a related option from the list of issue types, and with a function key from the detail panel.
