Resolving the User Cannot Retain SWB Version in AppStream issue

  1. Go to System > System Information > Environment Variables.
  2. Locate the value for APPSTREAM_USERNAME.
  3. When contacting Infor Support regarding this issue, provide the APPSTREAM_USERNAME value.
  4. Infor Support will initiate delete of the user’s existing S3 bucket. After the user’s next SWB start, a new S3 bucket will be automatically created, resolving the retention issue.
