M3 SWB launches from Infor OS Portal and runs on AWS AppStream. Each user automatically receives data directories. Your access is authenticated by IFS user roles and does not require a license key.

You always run the latest version of SWB. Data conversion between SWB versions is handled automatically. You can make customer modifications, such as panels and parameter files, and you must ensure that these modifications work in the new SWB version.

To share SWB configurations, one user exports the configuration from AppStream as a schedule version zip file. Another user can then import the zip file into their AppStream session and apply the configuration.
