SWB planner temporarily or permanently absent

Follow the steps on Consultant creates and prepares SWB Schedule Version for user or role, but use the backup zipped Schedule Version file from normal Planner instead. Backing up on a regular basis ensures that the backup of SWB Schedule Version is up to date.

For new users, see Setting up AppStream to login.

Using SWB Schedule Version from one facility as starting point for another facility

Follow the steps on Consultant creates and prepares SWB Schedule Version for user or role, but use the backup zipped Schedule Version file from the first facility instead. After importing, specify a new warehouse group in System > Parameters > Database.

For new users, see Setting up AppStream to login and import Schedule Version for new warehouse group.

Loading old SWB plan for analytic purposes

Importing a zipped schedule version folder overwrites the current SWB Schedule Version. You must export the version before you import the old version. This allows you to reload and keep the current schedule version and data.

Follow the steps on Consultant creates and prepares SWB Schedule Version for user or role, but use the relevant older backup zipped schedule version file instead.

After the old plan has been analyzed, import the zipped schedule version file you exported.
