Columns C1, C2, ..., Cn
C1 defines how much the first column is to be moved.
C2 defines how much the second column is to be moved.
Cn defines how much the nth column is to be moved.
Note: Every character is divided into 10 delta character positions. For example, to increase a
column by two characters you must specify 20 delta character positions.
