Modifying the configuration of a record

See these steps to modify the configuration of a record, for example, to change the theme assigned to a company, or vice versa.

  1. On the Administration tab, click the Configuration subtab.
  2. Select a configuration area from the drop-down list, for example, Theme configuration.
  3. To modify a report configuration or theme:
    1. Double-click a record to be modified.
    2. Click the Browse button to add or change the company, division, facility, report configuration group, or user where the configuration should be applied.
    3. For the theme, select a new theme name from the list.
  4. To modify an archive, date format, or number format configuration, double-click the cell of the record to be modified to add or change the company, division, facility, report configuration group,or user where the configuration should be applied.
  5. Specify whether the configuration should be active or inactive:
    • For report configuration or theme configuration, select Yes or No in the Active field.
    • For archive, date format, or number format configuration, select or clear the Active check box.
