Verifying the web service

ReportManagerWCF should respond after you change the .NET version.

1. Open a web browser.
2. Specify the address indicated in the application setting property "WcfAddress" of the ReportManagerH5 website in IIS, for example, http://[webapplication_server]:8181/arm.svc.
