Removing log files

  1. Stop all accure Report Manager services. Perform these steps for Port Stream, Port Adhoc, and Report Manager.
    1. Double-click the accure Service Manager icon on the desktop.
    2. Select a service.
    3. Click the Stop service button.
  2. Stop the AAP_MultiportServer_10 service.
    1. Access Windows services.
    2. Right-click the service and select Stop.
  3. Empty the log files that were created by AAP Multiport server in these directories:
    • Windows ProgramData directory\accure\AAP\Applications\AAP_SmartReports\logs\ AAP_DebugLog.txt
    • C:\Program Files\accure\AAP\Server\log\wrapper.log
  4. Remove the old log files that were created in these directories:
    Option Description
    Report Manager service Windows ProgramData directory\accure\ADS\_ARM\03ReportManager\Log
    STMF Port service Windows ProgramData directory\accure\ADS\_ARM\01Port\Log
    Adhoc Port service Windows ProgramData directory\accure\ADS\_ARM\01PortAdhoc\Log
  5. Start the AAP_MultiPortServer_10 service.
    1. Access the Services window.
    2. Verify that the status of AAP_MultiPortServer_10 service is Running. If the status is not Running, right-click the service and select Start.
  6. Start all accure Report Manager services. Perform all these steps for Port Stream, Port Adhoc, and Report Manager.
    1. Double-click the accure Service Manager icon on the desktop.
    2. Select a service.
    3. Click the Start service button.
