Removing log files

Stop all accure
Report Manager
services. Perform these steps for Port Stream, Port Adhoc, and
Report Manager.
- Double-click the accure Service Manager icon on the desktop.
- Select a service.
- Click the Stop service button.

Stop the AAP_MultiportServer_10 service.
- Access Windows services.
- Right-click the service and select Stop.

Empty the log files that were created by AAP Multiport server in
these directories:
- Windows ProgramData directory\accure\AAP\Applications\AAP_SmartReports\logs\ AAP_DebugLog.txt
- C:\Program Files\accure\AAP\Server\log\wrapper.log

Remove the old log files that were created in these directories:
Option Description Report Manager service Windows ProgramData directory\accure\ADS\_ARM\03ReportManager\Log STMF Port service Windows ProgramData directory\accure\ADS\_ARM\01Port\Log Adhoc Port service Windows ProgramData directory\accure\ADS\_ARM\01PortAdhoc\Log -
Start the AAP_MultiPortServer_10 service.
- Access the Services window.
- Verify that the status of AAP_MultiPortServer_10 service is Running. If the status is not Running, right-click the service and select Start.

Start all accure
Report Manager
services. Perform all these steps for Port Stream, Port Adhoc, and Report
Manager.
- Double-click the accure Service Manager icon on the desktop.
- Select a service.
- Click the Start service button.
