Icons are not displayed correctly

Cause: On the client server, Report Manager icons may not be displayed correctly if the Segoe UI fonts installed are outdated.

Solution:

If any of these operating systems runs on your client server, ensure that the latest version of the Segoe UI fonts is installed:

  • Windows 7
  • Windows 7 Service Pack 1 (SP1)
  • Windows Server 2008 R2
  • Windows Server 2008 R2 Service Pack 1 (SP1)

Obtain the update from the Windows Update website or through Windows Server Update Services (WSUS). You can also download the updated version from Microsoft Download Center and install it manually.
