Starting application pools and websites in IIS

  1. Open Microsoft IIS Manager.
  2. In the menu tree, click Application Pools.
  3. Select these application pools and click Start:
    • ReportManagerH5AppPool
    • ReportManagerWCFAppPool
  4. In the Application Pools list, verify that the status of ReportManagerH5AppPool and ReportManagerWCFAppPool is Started.
  5. In the menu tree, select these websites and click Start:
    • ReportManagerH5
    • ReportManagerWCF
