Modifying the configuration of a record
See these steps to modify the configuration of a record, for example, to change the theme assigned to a company, or vice versa.
- Click the Administration tab and select .
- Click the button of the record to be modified.
- Click the button to add or change the company, division, facility, or user where the configuration should be applied.
- Depending on the configuration area that you are editing, you can also change the report configuration, theme, archive days, date format, or number format.
- Select or clear the Active check box to set the record to Active or Inactive, respectively.
- Click .
