Modifying the configuration of a record

See these steps to modify the configuration of a record, for example, to change the theme assigned to a company, or vice versa.

  1. Click the Administration tab and select Configuration.
  2. Click the Edit button of the record to be modified.
  3. Click the Browse button to add or change the company, division, facility, or user where the configuration should be applied.
  4. Depending on the configuration area that you are editing, you can also change the report configuration, theme, archive days, date format, or number format.
  5. Select or clear the Active check box to set the record to Active or Inactive, respectively.
  6. Click Save.
