Adding an archive configuration

  1. Click the Administration tab and select Configuration.
  2. In the archiveconfiguration section, click Add.
  3. Click the Browse button to specify information in the Company, Division, Facility, or user fields where this archive configuration should be applied.
  4. In the Archive Days field, specify the number of days the report will stay in archive.
  5. Select the Active check box.
  6. Click Save.
