Automatic function	Description
Accumulate order links with same parent order and sequence number	Flow order combined with batch synchronization is not handled correctly in PMS100MI/SelMatByHead when material lines are not aggregated. Run this automatic function to complete the required accumulation.
Change items	Change item type for selected items based on item filter.
Change operations	Change the resource selected by the operation field filter.
Co‑sorting key generator	Generate a co‑sorting key for a selected work center. Select the constructor ID and the operation field filter. The co‑sorting key can support sequencing and provide information. For example, you can set up this function to run in the same action container as the initializing plan. After the data is imported, the co‑sorting keys are generated. Optionally, a simulation is initiated, and the information is available for review and subsequent sequencing.
Convert file encoding	Convert file encoding. Text files in ANSI format can be converted to or from UTF8 format.
Copy data files	Copy data files. Select the source and destination files by the letters at positions 3:6 in the filename. The initials PM are added at the start of the filename, and the version number and the .DAT extension are appended. The file must exist in the data directory, and the destination file is written to the data directory. The function verifies that the source or destination file is not a PWB register or index file.
Copy fields from primary to secondary operations	Copy fields from primary operations to secondary operations selected by the respective operation field filters.
Copy fields from secondary to primary operations	Copy fields from secondary operations to primary operations selected by the respective operation field filters.
Copy file from data folder to temporary AppStream folder	Copying a file to the temporary AppStream folder enables the user to download the file from AppStream to a computer.
Copy file from temporary AppStream folder to data folder	Copying a file from the temporary AppStream folder enables the user to upload a file from a computer to AppStream.
Create closed capacity adjustments for externally locked work order operations	Work orders reserve capacity on a resource when plant maintenance is performed. Replacing a locked work order operation with capacity adjustments enables other operations to start before maintenance and finish after maintenance.
Mark items for material synchronization	Select or clear items selected by item field filter.
Propagate earliest order due date	Propagate the due date from the end‑item manufacturing order through the order network. This function ignores links to customer orders.
Propagate earliest requested delivery date	The requested delivery date indicates when the customer requested delivery, which may not be confirmed. The earliest requested delivery date indicates when the order should be completed if possible.
Restore original active alternate routing	When you run this automatic function, all orders selected by an order field filter that have an updated alternate routing are restored to the original alternate routing.
Set or clear times changed mark on released distribution orders	Marking selected released distribution orders for export ensures that the orders are exported to BE.
