Troubleshooting

This chapter covers some of the usual problems when using PWB.

• AppStream clipboard blocked in browser

  You may encounter an error-17 when your browser is blocking your clipboard.

• Update job still busy

  When you export a plan from PWB, it is a prerequisite that a previous update job is finished. If previous update job is still busy, a new export of the plan is not allowed.

• Index error (CREINX)

  The index files are used to access data files. If the timestamp of the index file and data file does not correspond, a CREINX error is displayed.

• Missing orders

  Importing data from BE and miss one or several orders.

• Data not imported as expected

  If the data is not imported as expected, you can start by validating the data defined in BE. If the data in BE is correct, you can record the import of data in a trace log file.

• Time zone in AppStream

  We recommend that you define your time zone in AppStream.

• Operation planned too early on bottleneck operation

  To analyze or document the issue, start with the Schedule Report for bottleneck resource and display the required information.
