Resolving the User Cannot Retain PWB Version in AppStream issue
- Go to .
 - Locate the value for APPSTREAM_USERNAME.
 - When contacting Infor Support regarding this issue, provide the APPSTREAM_USERNAME value.
 - Infor Support will initiate delete of the user’s existing S3 bucket. After the user’s next PWB start, a new S3 bucket will be automatically created, resolving the retention issue.
