Schedule Report
The Schedule Report shows the schedule of operations on resources. You can perform these operations:
- You can select the resources to display.
- You can select the scheduled operations horizon to display.
- You can select the fields and information of the operations and orders to display.
- You can aggregate operations and display aggregated values.
- You can use the schedule report as a scoreboard record.
On the
behavior tab, you can select the resources and horizon. For scoreboard records, you can also specify if you want to display the number of lines in report or alternative to display the first aggregated value of a field you select.On the
behavior tab, you can select the coloring, buffer zones, and workflows to use in your report.On the
and two behavior tabs, you can select the operation or order fields to display. You can define the number of fields to display and select the fields and their display sequence.On the
behavior tab, you can select up to three fields to sort the operations' display sequence.On the
behavior tab, you can aggregate operations. You can use between zero and three aggregation levels that are based on operations or order information.You can use the Schedule Report as a scoreboard record. You can select the number to display as a scoreboard value:
- The number of operations
- The number of groups in on the grouping level 1
- The number of groups in on the grouping level 2
- The number of groups in on the grouping level 3
- The first aggregated value of the selected field
The scoreboard records display the KPIs that you have defined. For example, you can display these KPIs:
- The number of planned operations.
- The number of displayed operations.
- The total standard setup time inside the first week.
- The total actual setup time inside the first week.
The standard setup time does not depend on the operation sequence. The actual setup is a consequence of the operation sequence. To optimize the sequence and reduce the setup time, use automatic or manual operation sequencing.
Coloring can be based on these parameters:
- Operation and order coloring
- Up to three flexible color codes
Color can be based on almost any order, operation, and item information. Coloring provides an overview of the orders. A tooltip shows the coloring reason. If coloring is based on a complex logic, then the tooltip shows the coloring rule.
