Work center | This view shows the Utilization report based on Work centers. For each of the selected Work centers the load, capacity, and other information are displayed per bucket within the report horizon from the selected start date. |
Bucket | This view shows the Utilization report based on buckets. For each of the buckets within the report horizon from the selected start date the load, capacity, and other information are displayed per Work center. |
Scoreboard records
Scoreboard records display the KPI that are defined by the planner. These examples show how KPIs can be used:
- How many work centers have more than 80% loading.
- How many work centers have less than 20% loading.
- How many work centers are overloaded. Negative accumulated remaining capacity is based on latest the start and end.
Loading information
Utilization report calculates the load information that can be displayed as columns. These fields are used for load information:
- Accumulated remaining capacity
Accumulated remaining capacity is the aggregation of remaining capacity (capacity minus load) bucket for bucket. If accumulated remaining capacity is negative for load based on latest start/end, then preproducing orders to level load is not enough to avoid delays.
- Planned load buffer
Planned load buffer shows load from orders that are ready to start at the beginning of the period, for example, how much load is planned to be in queue in front of the resources.
