Changing date and time format

The standard panels in M3 PWB use centihours to define and display time duration. All dates and times are displayed in YYMMDD, DDMMYY, MMDDYY, or HHMM format. You can change the time format to decimals for the dates to be shown as YYYY/MM/DD.
