Prerequisites

Before accessing Birst dashboards within M3 Portals, you must perform the following actions:

• Ensure that the Birst space is configured to support single sign on (SSO).
• Create a service user within the Birst environment.
• Set the fixed customer or supplier for users accessing external entities.
  Note: Customer and supplier selection criteria are not supported in the initial delivery.
• To ensure the effectiveness of filters, both dynamic and fixed, ensure all intended filters are configured and available within the Birst dashboard.
