Defining external users In Infor OS, select User Menu Control > External Entity Management. Double-click the relevant external entity. Click + to add users. Specify the name and email address, and select Send invitation. Click Save. Select the new user from the list. Select the Security roles tab. Click +. Select the EEU-M3PORTALS-Partner-User-Equipmentportal role to use the Equipment Self-service management. Click ADD or ADD & CLOSE. Note: The external user must verify the link sent in the invitation email.
