Prerequisites

• Ensure that the Birst space is configured to support single sign on (SSO).
• Create a service user within the Birst environment.
• Set the fixed customer or supplier for users accessing external entities. Note that customer and supplier selection criteria are not supported in the initial delivery.
• To ensure the effectiveness of filters, both dynamic and fixed, make sure all intended filters are configured and available within the Birst dashboard.
