Assign IFS roles
A prerequisite for user administration in M3 Portals is to
assign IFS roles for users of M3 Portals.
This table lists the available roles in IFS for internal users of M3 Portals:

M3PORTALS-Admin-Customer | Limited version of M3PORTALS-Admin-Certified. Only view possibilities within portlet configuration and menu administration. |
M3PORTALS-User-EquipmentPortal | Required to run functions. Gives access to generic functions and equipment portal functions. |
M3PORTALS-User-IssueManagement | Required to run functions. Gives access to generic functions and issue management functions. |
M3PORTALS-User-SupplierPortal | Required to run functions. Gives access to generic functions and Supplier Portal functions. |
