Defining external users
- In Infor OS, select User Menu Control > External Entity Management.
- Double-click the relevant external entity.
- Click + to add users.
- Specify the name and email address, and select Send invitation.
- Click Save.
- Select the new user from the list.
- Select the Security roles tab.
- Click +.
- Select the EEU-M3PORTALS-Partner-User-Equipmentportal role to use the Equipment Self-service management.

Click ADD or ADD &
CLOSE.
Note: The external user must verify the link sent in the invitation email.
