Toolbar functions

In the portlet configuration menu, there are several functions in the toolbar that can be useful. This table lists the toolbar functions and what they are used for.

Toolbar function	Description
View	Used to filter the portlets listed in a menu. Select All to show all portlets. Select Existing to only show portlets that are used.
Recent	Used to show a list of the recently visited portlet configurations.
Add	Used to create a new portlet configuration.
Delete	Used to delete the selected portlet configuration.
Rename	Used to rename the selected portlet configuration.
Show where used	Used to show where the selected portlet configuration is used.
