Defining portlet configuration for list of contact persons

  1. From the top of the menu, select Administration > Portlet configuration.
  2. Select Generic_ContactPerson_List in the Portlets field.
  3. Click Add, specify Display_contact_person, and click OK.
  4. Select CRITERIA_USE_SELECTED_CUSTOMER in the Parameter table.
  5. Select true in the Value list and click Save.
  6. Select LIST_CONTACT_PERSONS_CONTENTS in the Parameter table.
  7. Specify the customer contact fields CCUCON.CCCNPE, CCUCON.CCTITL, CCUCON.CCNAMS, and CCUCON.CCNAMF.
  8. Specify the customer master field OKCUNO.
  9. Add the field configuration [INVISIBLE] to OKCUNO.
