Defining external users

  1. In Infor OS, select User Menu Control > External Entity Management.
  2. Double-click the relevant external entity.
  3. Click + to add users.
  4. Specify the name and email address, and select Send invitation.
  5. Click Save.
  6. Select the new user from the list.
  7. Select the Security roles tab.
  8. Click +.
  9. Select the EEU-M3PORTALS-Partner-User-Equipmentportal role to use the Equipment Self-service management.
  10. Click ADD or ADD & CLOSE.
    Note: The external user must verify the link sent in the invitation email.
