Actions
This table shows the control buttons and their functions available in the Actions tab of the IPW new UI:

| This is used to retrieve information from M3 BE. | |
| This is used to undo all decisions that were taken since the last update. | |
| This implements all decisions taken in the
application. Depending on the decisions, you can use this to create, change, or delete the necessary orders in M3 BE or change other relevant data. |

| This is used to retrieve information for item
numbers where decisions are committed. You can use this if the decisions are committed on a limited number of items. |

| This is used to configure the settings of the
application. Note: Press on your keyboard to open Settings.

This is used to retrieve personal favorite settings, shared favorite settings, or predefined favorite settings. You can filter shared favorites by owner to give better overview and quickly identify the relevant shared favorite. Note: The name of selected favorite setting is displayed right after the
button.

| You must have the IPW role, IPWADMIN, defined in MNS410 to access
this tool. There are three IPW roles defined in MNS405/MNS410:

You must have the IPW role, IPWADMIN, defined in MNS410 to access this tool. Administrators can perform housekeeping tasks for non-active users. For example, if users leave the company or change positions, the administrator can remove unused favorites owned by the user. |

| Shared favorites are migrated from the previous IPW version. You can manually trigger the migration of shared favorites from previous IPW versions. If the ID of a shared favorite already exists in the IPW new UI, the shared favorite is not overwritten. | |
| Personal favorites are migrated from the previous IPW version. You can manually trigger migration of personal favorites from previous IPW versions. If the ID of a personal favorite already exists in IPW new UI, the personal favorite is not overwritten. |
