This table shows the related information in IPW for a selected item in the Grid:

Information Description
Material plan Displays information from MMS080.

The material plan has two related options: Material Plan and Material Plan. Reschedule.

Note: The material plan displays data for either one warehouse or all warehouses, depending on whether you select Display all material plan warehouses in Settings > Related.
Item Balance Displays information from MWS068.

You must enable NCR 11907 - MWS060 replaced by MWS068 for increased usability in CMS975. Alternatively, MWS060 is used instead.
Stock Transactions Displays information from MWS070.
Display All Warehouses Displays information from MMS081.
Components Displays information from PDS002 where components are used by the selected item. You can display the material plan for each of the components as an expandable section within the tab.

Components are retrieved by IPW using PDS002MI/LstComponent, but this method does not support item numbers with alternate item structures.

Items with alternate structure are identified when the alternate structure is started in MMS200. The system retrieves the alternate structure from PDS023. If there is more than one record in PDS023, IPW applies this logic:

  • From date must be valid
  • To date must be valid
  • Primary flag must be equal to 1
Where-used Displays information about where an item is used.
Allocation Perform Display information from MMS120 Allocations Perform.
Buckets Displays the graphic display of buckets columns for selected items. You can select which bucket columns are displayed in graphics in Settings > Bucket Columns .
Detailed Information Displays detailed information for a single item. Each column corresponds to a bucket, and the bucket data appears in rows. The selected bucket columns in the main grid appear as the first rows in the detailed information.
Item Status Provides an overview of all items and numbers that are displayed in the grid.

After an update, all items are initially displayed as normal. After committing a decision, the status is changed to Item committed. The Item committed and updated status is displayed after all committed items are updated.
Log File Displays all logged MI transactions.

To view and analyze the actual MI transactions used, export the log file to a text file and use it as an attachment when reporting issues for the application.
Note: If you apply filters on a tab, a filter indicator appears before the tab name. To clear the filters, select Clear filter.
