These parameters control how related tabs are controlled.
  1. From the menu, select Settings > Related.
  2. Specify this information:
    Mat plan sort order
    Specify the value of the material plan sort order. You can use this setting to control the information displayed in the Material Plan tab.
    Material plan group 1
    Select an option from the list for grouping in the material plan. You can use this setting to control the information displayed in the Material Plan tab.
    Material plan group 2
    Select an option from the list for grouping in the material plan. You can use this setting to control the information displayed in the Material Plan tab.
    Material plan group 3
    Select an option from the list for grouping in the material plan. You can use this setting to control the information displayed in the Material Plan tab.
    Exclude forecast
    Select the check box to exclude the forecast in the material plan. The forecast is retrieved by an extra API, and retrieving the forecast can affect performance when using the Material Plan tab.
    Display all material plan warehouses
    Select the check box to display aggregated material plan data for all warehouses on the Material Plan tab. If you clear the check box, the Material Plan tab displays data for only one warehouse.
    Item bal sort order
    Specify the value of the item balance sort order. You can use this setting to control the information displayed in the Item Balance tab.
    Item balance view

    Specify the value of the item balance view. You can use this setting to control the information displayed in the item balance view.

    Item balance group 1
    Select an option from the list for grouping in the item balance. You can use this setting to control the information displayed in the Item Balance tab.
    Item balance group 2
    Select an option from the list for grouping in the item balance. You can use this setting to control the information displayed in the Item Balance tab.
    Item balance group 3
    Select an option from the list for grouping in the item balance. You can use this setting to control the information displayed in the Item Balance tab.
    Stk trans sort order
    Specify the value of the stock transactions order. You can use this setting to control the information displayed in the Stock Transactions display history.
    Stock trans view
    Specify the value of the stock transaction view. You can use this setting to control the information displayed in the Stock Transactions tab.
    Stock trans group 1
    Select an option from the list for grouping in the stock transactions. You can use this setting to control the information displayed in the Stock Transactions tab.
    Stock trans group 2
    Select an option from the list for grouping in the stock transactions. You can use this setting to control the information displayed in the Stock Transactions tab.
    Stock trans group 3
    Select an option from the list for grouping in the stock transactions. You can use this setting to control the information displayed in the Stock Transactions tab.
    Display all stock transaction warehouses
    Select the check box if all warehouses are displayed.
    Warehouse grp for display all warehouses
    The Display All Warehouses tab shows the item number for all warehouses in the warehouse group. Some customers can display stock in a warehouse outside the standard warehouse group. Select this parameter to apply another warehouse group to the Display All Warehouses tab.
    Display projected OHB in bucket chart
    Select the check box to control whether projected OHB is displayed in the bucket chart.
    Display max stock line in bucket chart
    Select the check box to control whether the maximum stock line is displayed in the bucket chart.
    Display safety stk line in bucket chart
    Select the check box to control whether the safety stock line is displayed in the bucket chart.
    Quantity decimals in details
    Select the check box to control whether decimal places are displayed for quantities in the detail panel. Forecast fulfilment percentage and coverage days have separate settings.
    Forec fullf. % dec. in details
    Select the check box to control whether decimal places are displayed for the forecast fulfilment percentage in the detail panel.
    Coverage days dec. in details
    Select the check box to control whether decimal places are displayed for coverage days in the detail panel.
    Wrk cent sch so ord
    Specify the value of the work center schedule sorting order. You can use this setting to control the information displayed in the work order schedule.
    Wrk cent sch view
    Specify the value of the work center schedule view. You can use this setting to control the information displayed in the work center schedule.
    Bucket chart line
    Select one of the options from the list:
    • None
    • Safety stock
    • Maximum stock

    Based on the selected parameter, one line is displayed along with the bars in the Bucket tab.

    The line is not displayed, but remains in the legend if any of these conditions apply:

    • The value is zero.
    • The value is outside the range of the bar values. The line does not affect the scaling of the chart.
  3. Click OK.
