Managing favorites

On IPW, you can retrieve, save, delete, or set default favorites.

These are the actions you can perform:

• Retrieving a favorite
• Saving a favorite
• Deleting a favorite
• Setting a default favorite

In small companies, IPW users can decide which shared favorites are necessary and maintain the relevant shared favorites.

In large companies, company policies must be defined for how shared favorites are managed. One option is to let the ID contain the area (division, facility, warehouse, or other area), which is useful in the built-in Contains filter in the list for selecting the favorite.

You can filter the shared favorites by OWNER, allowing faster access to relevant shared favorites. The IPW administrator can identify how many shared favorites each OWNER has and initiate cleanup if necessary.
