Coloring
You can configure the coloring of cells in the grid.
Note: The tooltip displays the name and content for each coloring
option.
- From the menu, select Settings > Coloring.

Specify this information:
- Item colors
- Select a color option for the item colors.
- Column color
- Select a color option for the additional column that you
selected on the Display tab.Note: The cells are filled with the selected color when the actual value is different from the specified standard value.
- Projected on-hand balance colors
- Select a color option for the projected on-hand balance columns.
- Shelf life threshold
- Specify the shelf-life threshold percentage and select a color for the cell. The OHB cell is displayed as the selected color when the shelf life exceeds the value specified in this field.
- Sales time threshold
- Specify the sales time threshold percentage and select a color for the cell. The OHB cell is displayed as the selected color when the sales time exceeds the value specified in this field.
- Coverage time exceeding
- Specify the coverage time in hours that the coverage time must exceed. Select a color for the cell, which is displayed in the OHB cell if the coverage is below the value specified in this field. If you want to avoid too much stock that covers demands for a long period, the color is highlighted when this is not fulfilled.
- Coverage time below
- Specify the coverage time in hours that the coverage time must be below. Select a color for the cell, which is displayed in the OHB cell if the coverage exceeds the value specified in this field. If you want the stock to cover demands for a minimum period, the color is highlighted when this is not fulfilled.
- Demand colors
- Select a color option for demand items.
- Forecast fulfillm exceeding
- Select a percentage for the maximum forecast fulfillment and a color for the cell. The demand cell is displayed in the selected color when the forecast fulfillment percentage exceeds the value specified in this field.
- Forecast fulfillment below
- Select a percentage for the minimum forecast fulfillment and a color for the cell. The demand cell is displayed in the selected color when the forecast fulfillment percentage exceeds the value specified in this field.
- Supply colors
- Select a color for the supply items.
- Bucket column color
- Select one color if the value exceeds zero and another color if
the value is below zero.Note: The cells are filled with the selected color when the actual value is different from the specified standard value.
Columns that have specific column coloring parameters are not affected by additional bucket coloring. For example, demand, supply, and so on.
- Click OK.
