This table shows the basic tools that are available in the application:

Firm Planned Orders | Select planned orders for firming. |
Release Planned Orders | Select planned orders for release. |
Set decisions that are applied to selected cells. After decisions are applied, the new values are displayed in the supply cells. | |
Select creation method from or to bucket. Supply suggestions are created based on coverage % of demands in buckets. Supply suggestions are displayed as new values in supply cells. | |
Export the data to comma-separated values (CSV) file, and open the data in Microsoft Excel. | |
Expand All | Expand grid if grouping is enabled. |
Collapse All | Collapse grid if grouping is enabled. |
Set a PIN code for enabling decisions. This tool is only available if IPW role, IPWADMIN, is not defined in MNS405. | |
Set a PIN code for creating shared favorites. This tool is only available if IPW role, IPWADMIN, is not defined in MNS405. | |
Set a PIN code for administrator rights. This tool is only available if IPW role, IPWADMIN, is not defined in MNS405. | |
You must have the IPW role, IPWADMIN, defined in
MNS410 to access this tool. If IPWADMIN is not defined in MNS405, you can only access
this tool using the Administrator PIN code. The default PIN code is IPW. These are the available tools in Administrator Settings:
The user restriction to divisions are defined in MNS151 to control if you can access data from that division. Note: Currently, IPW roles in MNS405 are optional. It is planned to be
mandatory in the future and replace PIN codes.
You can define these IPW roles in MNS405/MNS410:

You must have the IPW role, IPWADMIN, defined in MNS410 to access this tool. If the IPWADMIN is not defined in MNS405, you can only access this using the Administrator PIN code. The default PIN code is IPW IPWADMIN can delete behaviors for other users. You can clean up the unused behaviors of users that have left the company. |
