Users can retrieve and take decision in all divisions.
Users can retrieve data from all divisions, but only take decisions in the division they are connected to.

controls how you can modify shared Favorite settings.
All users can update or delete shared Favorites.
All users can update or delete shared Favorites, but a warning is displayed if the user is not the owner of the shared Favorites.
Only owner and administrator are allowed to update or delete shared Favorites.
