Administrator Settings

User division restrictions controls if users can access data outside the division they are connected to:

• No restriction

  Users can retrieve and take decision in all divisions.

• No decisions

  Users can retrieve data from all divisions, but only take decisions in the division they are connected to.

• Full restriction

  Users can only retrieve data from the division they are connected to.

Modification restriction on Shared Favorites controls how you can modify shared Favorite settings.

• No restrictions

  All users can update or delete shared Favorites.

• No restrictions with warning

  All users can update or delete shared Favorites, but a warning is displayed if the user is not the owner of the shared Favorites.

• Restrict to owner and administrator

  Only owner and administrator are allowed to update or delete shared Favorites.
