IPW is not available in the H5 menu

If IPW is not available in the H5 menu, verify if these requirements are met in the Tenant:

  • You must have the IFS role, IPW-User.:
Note: To use IPW, you must also have an IPW role in (MNS410):
  • IPWPLANNER
  • IPWVIEWR
  • IPWADMIN

When changing the settings in the Tenant, log off and then log on to ensure that the changes are updated.

If IPW still is not available in H5 menu, it is an environment issue.
